My staff and I can monitor how they are going, provide support and timely advice, fix mistakes on an ongoing basis by log in in real time and seeing exactly what they are seeing. Within a year most of my small business clients moved to Xero and the feedback has been great. It was therefore a no brainer that if my business could benefit and allow me to spend time with the data processing and more time working on the business then it made sense that my clients could benefit too.
